Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Desktop Engineer to manage endpoint platforms across Windows, MacOS, iOS and Linux. You will maintain the standard image, deploy software, and support ITIL-aligned processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory and Group Policy, plus strong problem solving and project planning skills. Collaboration with Service Desk and IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Four or more years IT engineering in an enterprise environment.
• Direct experience with System Center Configuration Manager, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with imaging, deployment and software distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manages VyStar’s Intune environment.
• Creates and maintains standard desktop configurations and automated software packaging.
• Maintains the gold standard OS image library; ensures configuration integrity.
• Administers desktop management including patching, security and remote support.
• Collaborates with Service Desk and IT teams on processes for asset information.
