Job summary

DRW Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Desktop Systems Engineer to be the frontline of support across offices and remote users. You will build, deploy, and upgrade desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and mobile devices while troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues.

The role emphasizes security, provisioning, and cross-team collaboration. The successful candidate will have strong imaging experience, AD/MFA administration, and proficiency with Office 365, and Apple Business Manager.

Qualifications

• ,Experience providing advanced desktop support for Windows, macOS, Linux across offices and remote users.
• -Imaging, configuring Windows 11 for optimal performance.
• - Proficiency with Active Directory, MFA, and security groups.
• - Strong in Office Suite (Outlook/Excel) and enterprise device management.
• - Experience with MEMCM/SCCM, virtualization, and desktop services.
• - Able to visit Greenwich CT office monthly for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop support for Windows, macOS, and Linux across offices and remote users.
• Build, configure, deploy, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, VMs, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, networking, and peripherals promptly.
• Manage user provisioning with AD accounts, email, VPN, MFA, permissions.
• Support conference room tech, AV, Zoom/Teams rooms, collaboration platforms.
• Monitor health, address performance, security, and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with networking, security, storage, cloud teams on projects.
• Test and recommend new hardware, software, and endpoint technologies.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, troubleshooting, assets.
• Assist with office moves, hardware refreshes, and deployments.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
