NET Credit Union is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Specialist to join a collaborative IT team, supporting employees across branches and office locations. You will work with enterprise technologies, participate in upgrades, and gain hands-on experience with cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.

This role offers a full-time schedule, exposure to Microsoft technologies, and opportunities for professional growth within a fast-paced banking IT environment.

• Provide first-level technical support for employees across all locations.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Follow IT security policies; document incidents and resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support for employees across all branches.
• Troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administrations.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Document incidents and resolutions.
• Travel between branches as needed.
• Participate in maintaining technical documentation and branch technology initiatives.
