Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and deploy Windows and Mac images.
• Manage endpoints with Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF; handle AD/Entra/Azure.
• Support MDM practices and patching with security alignment (NIST).
• Collaborate with IT, security, and client services for deployments.
• Provide end-user support and document policies and procedures.
