Job summary

raydar is seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist to lead end-to-end enterprise software rollouts for large organizations. You will translate complex workflows into automated solutions and act as the main liaison for senior customer stakeholders across multiple accounts.

You will own 1–3 high-stakes deployments, coordinating with engineering and client teams while traveling up to 30% for milestones. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Zero to two years in client-facing roles with hands-on software implementation for enterprise customers.
• Experience in consulting, business operations or operations roles.
• Working knowledge of large language models, APIs, JSON, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and SaaS products.
• Ability to understand customer workflows and map them to automated designs.
• Fluent English communication with executive presence when engaging senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer rollouts from discovery to go-live and ongoing health.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for high-value accounts and manage stakeholder updates.
• Translate operational workflows into automated designs in collaboration with engineers.
• Manage 1–3 simultaneous high-stakes accounts with varying timelines and travel as needed.
• Help shape and scale the deployment playbook as an early member of the function.
