Job summary

Ropes AI, Inc. in New York City is seeking a deployment strategy lead to own flagship enterprise relationships and guide how we identify authentic talent within the contingent workforce ecosystem.

You will bridge product, engineering, and GTM to ensure customer issues are prioritized and translated into roadmap inputs, turning observations into new products and scalable processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or growth/ops/customer success at an early-stage technology company.
• You don't wait for answers - you hunt them down, dig through Gong calls, Slack threads, and customer data, and synthesize it into actionable insights.
• You’re comfortable with customers at every level and can brief executives after working sessions.
• You turn messy customer feedback into clear product input and identify patterns worth building for.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of flagship enterprise accounts, tracking performance milestones and building deep relationships from end users to executives.
• Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and GTM to ensure customer issues get prioritized and translated into roadmap items.
• Build playbooks and processes that scale key functions as the company grows.
