Asana seeks a Head of Global Campaigns to own the global pipeline engine and lead full-funnel demand programs across enterprise and commercial segments. You will manage a Demand Generation team and partner with field, partner, product, and RevOps to own global MQL-driven pipeline.

You will guide ABM strategy for top accounts, drive multi-channel programs, and bring an AI-first approach to campaigns, measurement, and optimization. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid office schedule.

Competenze

• Extensive B2B demand generation experience across global regions (AMER/EMEA/APJ).
• Hands-on ABM with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
• Proficient in GTM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce; strong BI/attribution skills.

• Define and own global demand generation strategy and pipeline targets.
