Job summary

Nexus Cognitive Technologies in Atlanta is seeking a Delivery and Technical Operations Owner to manage solution delivery for strategic accounts. In this role, you will ensure that customers' business problems are accurately translated into solutions provided by the NX1 platform.

You will be responsible for managing gross margins, owning the customer relationship, and defining success metrics. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in customer-facing roles with a strong ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive levels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer-facing solution delivery or consulting role.
• Strong track record of delivering concrete customer outcomes.
• Fluent in technical discussions and able to communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery and technical operations for 2–4 strategic accounts.
• Manage gross margin and P&L for assigned accounts.
• Define customer success metrics and build customer health signals.
