Job summary

Bold Penguin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will partner with clients and internal teams to convert commitments into shipped outcomes—from kickoff through launch.

Lead engagements with executives, translate requirements into actionable work, and navigate scope, timeline, and budget within an agile framework. This fully remote role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project or program management overseeing customer-facing engagements.
• Experience owning strategic or enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in an agile delivery environment, with Jira proficiency.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable specifications.
• Insurance industry experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a desk.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements from kickoff through implementation, UAT, and launch.
• Lead client meetings, status reviews, and quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Translate customer requirements into well-scoped epics and stories; manage scope and tradeoffs.
• Draft and solution business requirements with customers, product, and engineering.
• Participate in agile cadence, standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retros.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to keep customers and teams aligned.
• Manage change orders, scope, and escalations with partnerships, legal, and finance.
• Develop program master schedules, budgets, risk logs, and reusable assets.
• Communicate status to customers and leadership; drive decisions with data.
