Job summary

Ushur, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for Strategic and Enterprise customers in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. You will coordinate with Solution Delivery, Customer Success, and customers to ensure onboarding and successful use case delivery.

You will manage multi‑phase projects, guide kickoffs, gather requirements, plan milestones, and handle risk management, while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to optimize delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Data Science or related field or foreign equivalent
• 7 years of related experience
• Strong engineering background, preferred in CS/Math/Software Eng/Physics/Data Science
• Experience in managing large scale, enterprise SaaS projects with phasing and milestones
• Experience building playbooks and improving delivery efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of API connections, data transformation, and SQL
• Able to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
• Position reports to company headquarters in Santa Clara, telecommuting permissible

Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with Solution Delivery, Customer Success and Customers to ensure onboarding and use case delivery is successful
• Manage end-to-end projects for Strategic and Enterprise customers including kickoff, requirements gathering, planning, risk and stakeholder management, milestones and post go-live support
• Manage escalations and scope changes for multi-phased projects with quality, timeline, hours and risk oversight
• Serve as single point of contact for customers to manage all project responsibilities
• Lead daily stand-ups and weekly/monthly status meetings with stakeholders
• Engage with senior internal/external stakeholders as subject matter expert
• Track delivery performance focusing on customer satisfaction and outcomes
• Manage multiple programs end-to-end using appropriate project management framework
• Demonstrate proficiency in integrating systems, processes, and data
• Validate test plans, UAT and traceability in ITSM projects
• Develop and build functional and nonfunctional requirements with Technical Consultants
• Oversee installation/configuration of new systems and customization
• Test systems to ensure expected operation
