Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead our most strategic, high‑touch enterprise engagements from onboarding through launch. This remote‑within‑the‑US role involves heavy external leadership with executive steering committees and cross‑functional delivery teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery and Sales.

You will own portfolio reporting, KPIs, forecasting, and the continuous improvement of our implementation methodology, while partnering with Sales on deal structuring.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of program or project management at a SaaS company.
• Experience leading executive steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales.
• Experience managing project financials (budget and margin).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for strategic, high‑ACV engagements from onboarding through launch.
• Lead executive steering committees and maintain executive relationships.
• Direct cross‑functional delivery teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery and Sales.
• Develop and translate business requirements into implementation plans.
• Oversee portfolio reporting, KPIs, and forecasting.
