Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a pricing and deal execution expert to own end-to-end pricing for Enterprise deals, includingROI modeling, staffing inputs, and leadership dashboards. You will partner with Deal Desk to structure complex deals and accelerate approvals across Sales and Finance.

You will build a single source of truth on deal status, pricing, and margins, reporting trends to leadership and driving process improvements that shorten cycle times in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, deal desk, sales operations, management consulting, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to model and interpret ROI.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and implement scalable processes.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and deal approvals.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day enterprise deal pricing calculations and ROI modeling.
• Build and maintain a pricing dashboard for deal status, margin, and health.
• Identify bottlenecks in deal review and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Legal on deals.
• Support quarterly GTM strategy with forecasting and P&L analysis.
