fal.ai Inc. is seeking a Deal Desk & Pricing Operations professional to help structure, review, and execute customer deals as our enterprise business scales. You’ll work closely with Sales and partner across Finance, Legal, and other teams to move deals from proposal to close and handle questions on pricing, discounts, and non-standard terms.

This hands-on role requires an analytical mindset, commercial judgment, and the ability to build scalable deal processes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Pricing Operations or similar.
• Experience working with enterprise sales teams on non-standard deals.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and leadership.
• Good commercial judgment and bias toward action.

Responsabilités

• Structure and execute enterprise and strategic deals in partnership with Sales.
• Be the primary contact for deal questions: pricing, discounts, commitments, and non-standard terms.
• Review deals, identify issues, and coordinate approvals across stakeholders.
• Help Sales evaluate deal structures and develop compliant proposals.
• Manage deal approvals from request to sign-off and resolve blockers.
• Provide guidance on commercial levers and tradeoffs toSales.
• Build and maintain deal desk processes, pricing guidelines, templates, and resources.
• Create repeatable structures to reduce one-off reviews.
• Identify patterns in deal requests and recommend policy improvements.
• Improve end-to-end quote-to-close processes as we scale.
