fal is building the infrastructure powering the next generation of enterprise AI deals. We are seeking a Deal Desk & Pricing Operations specialist to help structure, review, and execute customer engagements.

You'll partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and leadership to navigate non-standard terms, discounts, and payment structures while building scalable processes. This fast-moving role rewards analytical thinkers who can balance process with speed and help standardize deal workflows for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or pricing operations supporting complex B2B deals.
• Experience with enterprise sales teams and non-standard deals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to structure and execute enterprise deals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for deal questions, including pricing and discounts.
• Review deals, flag issues, and coordinate approvals across stakeholders.
• Develop proposals that meet customer needs while following company guidelines.
• Manage deal approvals from request to sign-off and unblock blockers.
• Support negotiations with clear guidance on commercial levers.
• Build and maintain deal desk processes and pricing templates.
• Identify patterns and suggest changes to policies and structures.
• Improve end-to-end quote-to-close as enterprise business scales.
