Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field required
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience leading data, systems, or technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, systems integration, and database management
• Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Experience working across multiple platforms and integrating hardware, software, and network systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address system compatibility and performance challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries (preferred)
• Familiarity with data warehousing, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools (preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data architecture frameworks (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing teams (preferred)
• Experience driving digital transformation or large-scale data initiatives (preferred)
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and enterprise security frameworks (preferred)
• Certifications in data management, cloud technology, or project management (preferred)
• Travel: Up to 10-20% (domestic)
• Language: English required
• Certifications: AWS, Azure, PMP, DAMA preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies for enterprise data architecture, integration, and system connectivity across platforms
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems, databases, and integration solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, accessibility, and compliance through effective governance frameworks and controls
• Lead initiatives to enhance data storage, performance, scalability, and system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver technology-enabled data solutions
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new technologies or alternative uses of existing systems
• Establish and maintain data standards, policies, and processes across the organization
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuity
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members and stakeholders on data strategy and best practices
