Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod, located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, or West Chester, PA.

The Sr. Manager will lead data-driven reporting and analytics to support Invoice to Cash operations, partnering with global stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate insights and dashboards that drive enterprise performance during a period of transformation.

Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions, with leadership
Strong experience developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical models
Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, preferably within I2C or order-to-cash environments
Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems)

Responsibilities

Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics supporting I2C and related processes.
Translate complex data into executive dashboards for strategic decision-making.
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT to align data definitions and reporting standards.
Oversee production reporting to ensure data accuracy and timeliness across systems.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in I2C metrics.
Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering high performance and inclusion.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance standards.
Support system enhancements and analytics transformation with Digital/Tech teams.
