Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Associate Director, Customer Master & Data Product Owner, based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. The role leads data product strategy for customer and account data, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver a true single source of truth for healthcare data.

You will manage data definitions, governance, quality, and vendor relationships, building scalable data products and driving adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Technology, Analytics or Health Sciences is required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
• 7+ years in data management, analytics, insights or related commercial roles in pharma or life sciences.
• Proficiency with pharma data sources and syndicated data (IQVIA, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, AHA, AMA).
• Strong analytical toolkit and experience with BI tools, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Experience using MDM tools such as Informatica and Reltio; vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the data product vision, goals, and roadmap for customer master data and account data products.
• Lead design and implementation of data governance, quality, and stewardship across JJIM.
• Coordinate with IT and business partners to deliver scalable data solutions and adoption.
• Oversee data product ownership, requirements gathering, and project delivery across teams.
• Provide leadership for MDM operations, data cleansing, survivorship, and match rules.
