Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader to drive data governance, stewardship, and strategic data programs across Global Regulatory Affairs. The role anchors the Regulatory Data Hub and partners with R&D, IT, and enterprise data teams to enable trusted data for decision-making.

Hybrid role, located in Horsham, PA; Raritan, NJ, or Titusville, NJ. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and regulatory data expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Computer Science/Technology, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in a medium-to-large pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
• Experience leading data governance programs and regulatory data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance and stewardship for regulatory data across systems.
• Chair the Regulatory Data Council and align data standards with enterprise governance.
• Own day-to-day responsibility for the Regulatory Data Hub and data products.
• Drive transformation initiatives like URP, MDM, and AI-enabled tooling.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to embed trusted data into decision making.
