You will lead the data product vision for customer and account data and partner with IT to deliver a single source of truth across the enterprise. You will manage data quality, governance, and cross-functional initiatives, guiding local and vendor resources to improve data timeliness and accuracy for sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Technology, Analytics or Health Sciences required.
• 7+ years in data management, analytics or commercial excellence in pharma or life sciences.
• Proficiency with pharma data sources and tools (IQVIA, Veeva, AHA, AMA, MedPro).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and application of JJIM data pipeline for sales/marketing.
• Define data management best practices for customer and vendor data.
• Create a single source of truth via MDM Customer and Account data products.
• Oversee data governance, quality rules and stakeholder communications.
