Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod for I2C, located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, or West Chester, PA. Lead data-driven reporting and analytics to support operational and financial performance across geographies.

The role partners with global stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence, drive transformation, and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance while developing a high-performing analytics team.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of I2C or order-to-cash processes and related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics.
• Translate data into executive-ready dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT to align metrics and standards.
• Oversee production reporting for accuracy and timeliness across geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in I2C metrics.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering high performance and inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation with Digital/Tech teams.
