Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader to drive data governance across Global Regulatory Affairs. You will lead a global team of data stewards, oversee the Regulatory Data Hub, and partner with R&D, IT, data science to ensure trusted data informs strategy and decisions across programs.

This role supports end-to-end regulatory information management and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Science, Business, Computer Science/Technology, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D., PharmD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance policy, standards, definitions, and rules for regulatory data.
• Oversee data ownership, stewardship, quality, access, and decision rights.
• Chair the Regulatory Data Council and harmonize with enterprise data governance.
• Own the Regulatory Data Hub (RDH) and ensure trusted data for decision-making.
• Drive end-to-end Regulatory Information Management (RIM) transformation initiatives.
• Manage a global team of data stewards and domain owners.
