Job summary

Semperis is seeking a Large Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across Michigan and Indiana. You will own net-new business and expansion opportunities, building senior relationships and guiding complex deals to closure.

You will collaborate with channel and alliance partners, drive pipeline, and lead account strategy across new-logo and expansion opportunities while representing Semperis in industry events and executive engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or related tech.
• Experience selling to large enterprises with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Proven ability to win complex enterprise deals and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Semperis’ large enterprise sales strategy across Michigan and Indiana.
• Develop and close high-value, complex enterprise opportunities.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and coordinate across security, identity, and risk stakeholders.
• Create pipeline via direct prospecting, partner engagement, and market-making activities.
• Manage MEDDPICC-driven qualification, forecast accuracy, and territory planning.
