Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer for the SLED sector with deep cyber security and ICs/OT expertise.

You will support Fortinet’s District Sales teams in pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales, owning the technical relationship and delivering precise technical content for RFPs and proposals. You will craft custom demos, collaborate with Account Executives to design solutions for complex client needs, and drive PoCs while traveling up to 70% to engage with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Cybersecurity with ICs/OT experience.
• 5+ years in customer-facing Pre-Sales or technical consulting.
• SLED domain knowledge and government procurement familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers and translate needs into outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance and best-practice recommendations.
• Craft and present high-impact product demos for each prospect.
• Represent Fortinet at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to design winning solutions.
• Lead PoC deployments from setup to troubleshooting.
• Deliver precise technical content for RFPs, proposals and scopes.
