Job summary

SpecterOps Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to support the BloodHound Enterprise team, covering the Ohio Valley. The ideal candidate will be based in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana or Kentucky and work remotely within the U.S. with travel up to 25% for events and meetings.

The role focuses on hunting, qualifying, and managing the full sales cycle, leading technical conversations, and developing strategic account plans to achieve monthly and quarterly ACV quotas for BloodHound Enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience exceeding sales quota as Major / Enterprise Account Manager.
• Located in target geographic location (Ohio Valley).
• Experience selling cybersecurity into the “C” suite.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written skills and proven presentation skills.
• Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, qualify, and manage the sales cycle to close sales opportunities and generate new business for BloodHound Enterprise in assigned territory or account list.
• Lead technical, solution-oriented sales conversations that help clients understand the differentiated capabilities of BloodHound Enterprise.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans.
• Identify and document client’s business objectives and outcomes.
• Achieve ACV sales quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Track and report on all opportunities, pipeline, and bookings to provide accurate forecasting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, including supporting field events, co-selling, and training activities.
