Job summary

Regions is seeking an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct the program to develop, maintain, and leverage EA/SA principles across the organization, including cloud strategy and transformation.

The role leads architecture viewpoints, partners with business leaders, and drives implementation plans while ensuring risk management and security controls across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment
• Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function and coordinates architecture viewpoints across the enterprise
• Partners with business leaders to understand and advance business and technology strategies
• Leads analysis of enterprise drivers to derive architecture requirements
• Analyzes industry and market trends to assess impacts and improvements
• Develops and oversees implementation plans for EA/SA
• Oversees EA/SA implementation and documentation of design and analysis work
• Consults with project teams to fit solutions to architecture across viewpoints
• Promotes EA/SA processes and outcomes to technology and business leaders
• Ensures controls are designed and monitored to strengthen risk management and cyber security
