Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture in the United States to lead engagements across network, cloud, data, identity, and application security, shaping standards and governance.

You will mentor teams, work with CISOs and executives to deliver prioritized recommendations, and drive architecture reviews while aligning security with business goals. This role includes travel and opportunities to grow EY's security practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience leading enterprise security architecture assessments and future-state design.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA).
• Experience with client-facing engagements and executive reporting.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture engagements across industries and guide architecture reviews.
• Oversee assessments, future-state design, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with CISOs, enterprise architects, and executives to translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Provide hands-on direction on Zero Trust, cloud security design, and DevSecOps integration.
• Manage engagement workstreams and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants.
