Job summary

Regions seeks an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct the program for enterprise architecture and security across the organization. The role collaborates with TODD leadership to align business and technology strategies, analyze drivers, and oversee implementation plans.

Strong leadership, risk, and regulatory awareness are essential. The role is onsite in multiple locations, with standard office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in multiple technology disciplines such as architecture, security, or operations.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives and collaborating with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leads creation/evolution of the EA/SA function across enterprise architecture viewpoints
• Partners with business leaders to understand and advance business and technology strategies
• Identifies and analyzes enterprise drivers to derive architecture requirements
• Analyzes industry trends to assess impacts on the enterprise
• Develops implementation plans for EA/SA based on requirements
• Oversees EA/SA implementation and maintains documentation of design work
• Standardizes infrastructure and application architecture for on-prem and cloud
• Promotes EA/SA process and results to technology and business leadership
• Ensures controls are designed and monitored to strengthen risk management and cyber security
• Ensures disciplined change management when designing or implementing changes
