Job summary

Element US Space & Defense is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define, govern, and evolve the organization's enterprise architecture, aligning technology investments with business goals, cybersecurity, and long-term strategy. You will shape roadmaps, standards, and governance while guiding cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.

The role requires advanced leadership, SME-level guidance, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8+ years (with bachelor) or 12+ years (with associate) of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, systems architecture, and technology leadership.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, enterprise productivity platforms, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology projects and collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and govern the Organization’s enterprise architecture framework, technology standards, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Lead the design and review of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards, and architectural best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance for infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, data, and business applications initiatives.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architecture oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
