Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead security strategy and architecture engagements for high‑impact clients. You will interact with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards to shape strategic direction and deliver secure, scalable architectures.

You will also drive business development, craft proposals, and mentor junior staff, helping EY expand its Cyber practice while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 8+ years of experience
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, assessment, and future‑state design
• Experience in network security architecture, cloud security, identity and access management, application security, and data protection
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA)
• Track record of leading client‑facing security architecture engagements and driving delivery outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead complex security architecture engagements across multiple industries
• Engage executives and clients to frame security challenges and present recommendations
• Drive business development, proposals, and account growth for EY's Cyber practice
• Develop service offerings, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor teams
