Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead strategic engagements, shaping security strategy for major clients in the US. You will oversee complex engagements, guide executive stakeholders, and drive high-impact architecture outcomes across cloud, data, network, and identity domains.

You’ll mentor teams, develop new service offerings, and contribute to EY’s growth in the Cyber practice while building trusted, long-term client relationships with CISOs and boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or graduate degree) with 8+ years' relevant experience in security architecture.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, network security, cloud security, IAM, application security, data protection, governance.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Experience leading client-facing security architecture engagements and driving delivery outcomes.
• Travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries.
• Lead architecture assessments, Zero Trust transformation, cloud security, and governance engagements.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards to frame challenges and present findings.
• Ensure delivery of rigorous, business-aligned deliverables.
• Contribute to business development and EY's Cyber practice growth.
• Mentor and develop Teams of Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants.
