EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Security Architecture engagements across multiple industries. You will drive strategic direction, oversee complex programs, and engage with C-suite clients to shape security outcomes.

The role blends deep technical authority with advisory leadership and a focus on growth and thought leadership. You will mentor teams, contribute to EY’s security practice expansion, and collaborate across EY’s Cyber and technology capabilities to deliver integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, assessment, and future-state design.
• Network security architecture including segmentation and secure access.
• Cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Identity and access management architecture incl. Zero Trust and privileged access design.
• Application security architecture, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps integration.
• Data protection architecture, encryption, data classification, and DLP.
• Security architecture governance, standards development, and enterprise architecture review processes.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Leading client-facing security architecture engagements and driving delivery outcomes.
• Business development, proposal development, opportunity pursuit, and account growth.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries as Senior Manager.
• Lead architecture assessments, Zero Trust programs, cloud security initiatives, and governance engagements.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and boards to frame challenges and present findings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams and foster technical excellence and client service.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, client presentations, and account growth.
