Job summary

Inspectorio is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to partner with our largest enterprise customers, aligning IT platform deployments with business goals and ROI targets. You will oversee multi-module implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into functional specs.

Remote work from anywhere in the US is available, with travel up to 25% for US/Canada engagements. Compensation includes benefits and a strong focus on growth and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with two years in a related occupation.
• Experience managing IT project success metrics including ROI.
• Experience driving business development for IT products with Salesforce, B2B and SaaS.
• Ability to define changes in IT contracts and NDAs and similar riders.
• Familiarity with process mapping and configuring IT products/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT project milestones from onboarding to deployment and ROI measurement.
• Establish processes to ensure project budget, scope, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Analyze business processes and advise on IT platform configurations.
• Forecast and drive product-market fit opportunities and ROI for customers.
• Configure platform components like roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead enterprise implementations across Sight, Risk, Traceability, Lab Testing, and Monitoring modules.
• Coordinate data validation, UAT, and system testing for customer programs.
