Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps and advise merchants on Uber-backed solutions.
• Monitor merchant performance using dashboards and prepare QBRs.
• Drive product adoption and pilot programs to increase feature utilization.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to share merchant feedback and align on strategy.
• Identify at-risk merchants and develop retention plans.
