Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Digital Adoption and Workplace Experience Product Owner Lead to drive end-to-end Copilot implementations and M365 adoption across the enterprise. You will own the adoption roadmap, partner with Microsoft and GWS, and define governance for Copilot Agents, scaling initiatives with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT, digital workplace, product ownership, or digital adoption.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading teams or functional groups.
• Preferred experience leading enterprise M365 adoption programs, DAP initiatives, governance models, and global change initiatives.
• Product Owner or Product Management certifications.
• Change Management or Digital Adoption certifications.
• Technical understanding of platforms: Microsoft 365 applications, Copilot, agents, and enterprise IT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise productivity tooling portfolio, including M365 and other tools.
• Define the enterprise productivity roadmap aligned to business priorities and employee experience.
• Lead the Copilot adoption and enablement roadmap, including pilots and scaling.
• Manage end-to-end Copilot implementation strategy with phased rollouts and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and GWS to plan adoption programs and training.
• Define governance and operating model for Copilot Agents and scale across the enterprise.
• Build and mature the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Center of Excellence and governance.
• Set governance standards for Copilot usage, agent lifecycle, security, privacy, and compliance.
