Confidential Investment Management Firm in Boston, MA is hiring a Lead Microsoft Power Platform Copilot Administrator to govern, administer, and scale enterprise AI productivity and low-code platforms. You will support Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and related services, balancing security with rapid adoption.

The role demands hands-on administration, strong governance, and stakeholder-management skills to enable secure, scalable use of AI copilots

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365/Power Platform administration.
Onsite in Boston, MA 4 days a week.
Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, licensing, and service health.
Experience with Copilot Studio, DLP, licensing, and capacity management.
Strong governance, security, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services including Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
Design, build, and govern Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions.
Establish governance standards for environments, DLP, sharing, lifecycle, and privileged access.
Monitor usage, platform health, licensing, cost trends, and Copilot credits.
Automate tasks and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Collaborate with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support for professional and citizen developers and business teams.
