Job summary

Smurfit WestRock in Atlanta seeks a Digital Productivity Functional Consultant to drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform across the organization, translating business needs into practical digital workflows. You will partner with stakeholders, deliver training, create governance guidance, and produce adoption content to improve collaboration, automation, and productivity.

The initial focus is on Copilot adoption, training, and safe, scalable usage across the company.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related productivity tools.
• Experience with Copilot, Copilot Agents, and Power Platform.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and adoption of Digital Productivity solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Agents, and related platforms.
• Gather and translate business requirements into practical recommendations.
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and adoption interventions.
• Provide usage analytics, adoption reporting, and performance insights.
