Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking a Consultant Relations Senior Manager to accelerate the growth of our Enterprise business by building and activating relationships with employee benefits brokers and consultants across markets. You will own broker and consultant engagement, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to expand BetterHelp’s reach and generate new business.

You will work closely with sales, partnerships, marketing, product, and other teams to translate partner insights into actionable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employee benefits broker/consultant ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build broker/consultant relationships that generate opportunities.
• Experience with in-person and virtual engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to prioritize relationships and markets.

Responsibilities

• Own broker and consultant relationships across assigned markets.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential firms and individuals.
• Develop tailored engagement strategies and enablement programs.
• Support pitches, RFPs, and finalist presentations.
• Translate insights into go-to-market decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Product.
