SpaceX is seeking a STARLINK Enterprise Account Manager (Fixed-Site) in Hawthorne, CA. You will act as the primary liaison for enterprise customers from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and long-term retention with emphasis on revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong account management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver customized Starlink solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience as alternative.
• Experience in enterprise account management or business development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers from contract signature onward.
• Onboard, manage, and grow relationships and revenue with enterprise clients.
• Define and streamline processes to scale custom Starlink solutions across the business.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations; communicate feedback internally.
