Acrisure is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive Total Client Growth and deliver an exceptional client experience for complex commercial accounts within Real Estate Insurance. You will oversee multi-line risk management, provide strategic guidance, and coordinate across departments to optimize program performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 8+ years commercial P&C insurance experience; enterprise or complex national accounts in Real Estate Insurance preferred.
• Strong executive presence and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level client relationships and strategic advisory engagements.
• Conduct quarterly business strategy meetings focusing on KPIs, financial performance, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute de-risking, coverage gap analyses, and strategic claims processes across multi-line accounts.
