Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join its Real Estate team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and strategic counsel.

The role emphasizes client relationships, cross-selling, and adherence to industry standards while collaborating with underwriters and account managers. Candidates should have 5+ years in Commercial Lines, a Property & Casualty license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Commercial insurance
• Commercial real estate insurance experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Strong organizational and proactive mindset
• MS Word, Outlook, Excel proficiency, basic tech literacy

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products
• Meet/exceed sales targets through account rounding and prospecting
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized insurance solutions
• Negotiate terms with underwriters and carriers
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance throughout engagements
• Provide excellent client service and lifecycle support
• Gather risk data and compile ACORD applications and narratives
• Prepare proposals, bind coverage, and issue certificates
• Collaborate with Account Manager for submissions and claims support
• Utilize agency management systems to review loss runs and data analytics
• Present quotes and negotiate premiums and commissions
