Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive total client growth within our Commercial Lines Real Estate team. You will manage complex insurance relationships at an enterprise level, delivering strategic advisory and coordinating across product lines.

You will lead de-risking, coverage gap analysis, claims advisory, and program evaluation, while ensuring a seamless total client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 8+ years in commercial P&C insurance with enterprise/national accounts.
• Strong executive presence in client-facing roles.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship lead for enterprise-level accounts.
• Lead Quarterly Business Strategy Meetings with stakeholders.
• Conduct Discovery Sessions to surface exposures and priorities.
• Review contracts, leases, and third-party risk transfer requirements.
• Present benchmarking insights, claims trends, and strategic analytics to clients.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Total Client Experience.
