Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive Total Client Growth across complex, enterprise-level accounts. You will manage strategic, multi-line risk and deliver executive-level advisory and solutions.

You will lead client strategy engagements, coordinate with Client Advisors, Placement, and Claims teams, and guide stakeholder workshops and reviews to ensure retention and growth of high-value clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years commercial P&C insurance experience; enterprise or complex national accounts strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to retain and grow large accounts with an executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level client relationships with multi-line needs and organizational risk.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Strategy Meetings with stakeholders and surface exposures and priorities.
• Develop and execute de-risking strategies and coverage gap reviews for clients.
• Coordinate across Acrisure departments to retain and grow assigned accounts and deliver Total Client Experience.
