Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, handling routine insurance coverage needs and client inquiries. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, policy management, and collaboration with producers to ensure client satisfaction.

The position requires a Property & Casualty license and at least two years in commercial lines, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC systems. On-site collaboration and ongoing learning are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines.
• CPCU or related training is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes and policy issues, renewals and endorsements.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Assist with insurance marketing and sales.
• Maintain client data in the agency management system (Applied Systems/EPIC).
• Document all activities in the agency management system.
