Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead flagship, complex commercial accounts and deliver strategic risk solutions across multi-line products. You will manage executive relationships, drive client strategy, and coordinate across sales, service, claims, and placement teams to ensure total client satisfaction and growth.

The role requires advanced insurance knowledge, senior-level communication, and a track record of growing large accounts in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years commercial P&C insurance experience
• Enterprise or complex national accounts experience preferred
• Strong executive presence in client-facing roles
• Ability to manage external and internal resources and vendor relationships
• Advanced understanding of coverage structures, risk transfer, loss analytics and program design
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee complex initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presenting

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for enterprise-level and complex commercial accounts
• Lead quarterly business strategy meetings with stakeholders on program structure, KPIs, financial performance, loss trends and mitigation plans
• Conduct discovery sessions to surface exposures and strategic priorities
• Deliver de-risking strategies and coverage gap analyses; recommend solutions
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Total Client Experience within renewal timelines
• Present benchmarking insights, claims trends and performance analytics to clients
• Coordinate with client advisors, placement, account managers and specialty partners to retain and grow accounts
• Lead strategic claims collaboration to reduce total cost of risk
