Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Commerce Manager to manage all Commerce activities for an enterprise digital account, ensuring client objectives and online growth. You will partner with clients to set plans across Commerce platforms and maintain spend accuracy while driving revenue growth.

The role requires proven commerce account management experience, online marketing knowledge, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and optimize performance

Qualifications

• Proven account management in the Commerce space, along with experience in online marketing and digital media is required.

Responsibilities

• Gather research and data to formulate tactical plan development and recommendations for client delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day Commerce budgeting and billing activity (pacing, Prisma management, draft billing, budget vs. strategy alignment).
• Present recommendations, solicit feedback, and guide Analysts to apply client feedback to campaigns.
• Contribute to account strategy including annual budget development, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments.
• Review paperwork for purchase authorization and obtain vendor counter-signatures.
• QA all campaign components prior to launch (dayparting, bids, budget, targeting, creatives).
• Recommend campaign adjustments based on performance trends.
• Communicate with clients on performance amidst competitive landscape.
• Develop and test optimizations and testing plans (new vendors, targeting segments, creative types, flighting, test-and-learn).
• Prepare campaign reporting and extract actionable insights with strong data visualization.
• Lead client status and reporting calls and present reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving billing discrepancies with client strategy and billing teams.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships with partner agencies to ensure smooth communication.
