Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Director of Commerce Marketing in the United States. You will lead strategic and tactical initiatives across paid search and Commerce channels, driving growth for key accounts and mentoring a high-performing team.

You will oversee campaigns on Amazon, Triad, and related platforms, aligning search activity with broader client marketing and business goals to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive paid search experience, with several years in Commerce.
• Deep experience with Amazon AMS and Criteo platforms.
• Experience applying search marketing to brand-building and direct response initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering Commerce marketing solutions across search, Amazon, and other channels.
• Develop client strategies, action plans, and KPIs for campaign success.
• Grow Spark Foundry’s Commerce business through new business and client expansion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Commerce platforms and partner ecosystems.
