Spark Foundry in New York City seeks a Commerce Manager to oversee commerce programs across Amazon AMS, Amazon DSP, Criteo Retail Exchange, and other networks, ensuring spend meets client objectives and online growth targets. The role partners with clients to develop plans and manage budgets across commerce platforms.

The Manager will drive reporting, analytics, and optimization efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to grow online revenue while maintaining rigorous QA and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on account management experience in online advertising with a focus on Commerce.
• In-depth activation and optimization experience with Amazon and Criteo platforms.
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people.
• Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytic solutions.
• Mastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather research and data to formulate tactical plan development and recommendations for client delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day Commerce budget and billing activity (pacing, Prisma management, draft billing, budgets vs. strategy).
• Present recommendations, solicit feedback, and apply client feedback to campaigns.
• Contribute to account strategy including annual budgets, KPIs, partner selection, and testing plans.
• Review paperwork for purchase authorization and ensure signatures are received.
• QA all campaign components prior to launch (dayparting, bids, budget, targeting, creative).
• Recommend campaign adjustments based on performance trends.
• Maintain client communication about performance amidst competitive landscape.
• Develop optimizations and testing plans with new vendors and tactics.
• Produce campaigns reporting and strategic insights with actionable items.
• Lead client status and reporting calls with presentations.
• Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with billing team.
