Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Media, is seeking a Director to lead Commerce marketing and paid search initiatives for key accounts. The role focuses on strategic and tactical leadership, driving growth across Amazon, Triad, and other Commerce channels while monitoring evolving platforms and analytics.

The Director will build senior client relationships, guide a team, and deliver innovative, measurable campaigns that align with client goals and agency objectives.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive paid search experience with several years in Commerce.
• Experience activating and optimizing on Amazon (AMS) and Criteo platforms.
• Hands-on experience with organic and paid search and brand-building.
• Ability to lead new business development and win clients.
• Strong leadership and client relationship building skills.
• Knowledge of syndicated research tools and reporting resources.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee workflow and responsibilities within the assigned group, ensuring timely project completion.
• Set strategic principles for client search initiatives based on objectives.
• Develop action plans to achieve and measure campaign success and optimization.
• Evaluate Commerce partners and tools for full-spectrum campaigns.
• Collaborate with planning teams and outside agencies to align search with marketing activity.
• Keep clients informed on Commerce trends and platform updates.
• Grow Commerce business via new business and organic client growth.
• Mentor team members and develop direct reports through feedback and evaluations.
