Job summary

Publicis Groupe’s Spark Foundry is seeking a Commerce Manager to lead all Commerce initiatives for a major digital account and partner with clients to grow online revenue. The role oversees campaigns across Amazon AMS, Amazon DSP, Criteo Retail Exchange, Triad, and other networks, ensuring spend accuracy and revenue growth while delivering strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on account management experience in online advertising with a focus on Commerce.
• In-depth activation and optimization experience with Amazon and Criteo platforms.
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people.
• Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytic solutions.
• Mastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather the research and data needed to formulate tactical plans and recommendations for client delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day Commerce budget and billing activity (pacing, Prisma management, draft billing, budget vs. strategy).
• Present recommendations, solicit feedback, and direct Analysts to apply client feedback to campaigns.
• Contribute to account strategy including annual budgets, KPIs, partner selection, and new tactics.
• Review paperwork for purchase authorization and ensure vendor signatures.
• QA all campaign components prior to launch (dayparting, bids, budget, targeting).
• Recommend campaign adjustments based on performance trends.
• Communicate with clients about performance amidst competition.
• Develop optimizations and testing plans (new vendors, targeting, creatives, flighting).
• Prepare campaign reporting and derive actionable insights with strong data visualization.
• Lead status meetings and present reporting to clients.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with client strategy and billing teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and cross-agency collaboration.
