Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers. You will collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure issues are resolved and proactively drive customers’ adoption of AWS services.

This role requires strong customer-facing skills and travel of 10% or more as needed. You will work with customers of all sizes—from startups to Global 500 enterprises—across Compute, Storage,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to customers, helping plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
• Drive adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more.
• Represent AWS in customer environments and communicate with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
